Creating Angular dimensions

Angular dimensions are measured between two lines. Between any two lines, there are two angles, a minor and a major angle:

The intersection position of the two lines defines the pivot of the angle.

To create an Angular dimension:

1. Click Annotation tab > Dimension panel > Angular , and choose from:
   • Minor Angle
   • Major Angle

   The Dimension toolbar is displayed. This can be used to edit attributes of the new dimensions, such as the annotation text.

2. Specify the two lines.
3. Move the cursor and click to specify the position of the annotation and add the dimension.
