A balloon is a label with an arrow that points to an area on your drawing. The balloon and the pointer are joined by a line, called a leader.
You can use balloons to:
- identify parts of your model.
- describe features on your model.
- add numbered labels representing a key to information in a Bill of Material or similar table.

You can use balloons to label the model to show the details. A key is provided in the bottom right corner explaining the code of each balloon:
