Before importing project data, it is recommended that you customize or define the following ReCap settings:

General Tab

• Coordinate System
  • Current
  • x,y,z display
• Camera
  • Near plane
  • Far plane
  • Point of view
• Units
  • Project units
  • Precision

Files Tab

• Recent files
  • Number of files to show in list
• Temporary file location
  • Path
• Search a path for scan files

Advanced Tab

• Memory usage
  • Auto or manual input
• Display language
  • Choose from the 15 most popular languages
• Miscellaneous
  • Information
