Add to Document

To add mesh objects into the Revit document directly, click ReCap Mesh tab > ReCap Mesh panel > Add to Document. The Add to Document dialog displays.

Select which layers to add to the Revit document from the hierarchy list.

Add the layer mesh to a Revit category by specifying a category from the drop-down lists.

Important: Do not add layers containing more than a few thousand Elements as this will cause significant performance issues within Revit. Merge and Classify tools can help to combine segmented mesh surfaces together into objects, reducing the number of elements that will be added to the mesh.
