Transform

To align the linked model to design data, you can manually transform the Mesh Model.

1. Select the bounding box of the coordination model.
2. Use the standard Revit functions for moving and rotating to align the mesh model with the design data.
   • Modify tab > Modify panel > Move
   • Modify tab > Modify panel > Rotate

To move the model back to its original position, click ReCap Mesh tab > ReCap Mesh panel > Reset Transform.

To save the current transform to use on another model, you can click ReCap Mesh tab > ReCap Mesh panel > Export Transform. This creates a .csv file containing the transformation matrix for the selected mesh model.

Click ReCap Mesh tab > ReCap Mesh panel > Import Transform to apply the transformation matrix to another ReCap mesh model.
