After you click Printout Parameters in the Preferences dialog, you can select the colors and fonts for the Robot printouts.
You can select Color if there is text defining an element in the Element field. You cannot select Color, when:
- Text defining a font is in the Element field.
- The Set field is in the text edit phase.
You can select Font if there is text defining a font in the Element field. You cannot select Font, when:
- Text defining an element is in the Element field.
- The Set field is in the text edit phase.
You can click 
(Add) only when you enter new text in the Set field.
You can click 
(Clear) only when there is text in the Set field. It is inactive when the Set field is in the text edit phase.
The Range and Element options are inactive only when the Set field is in the text edit phase.
