There are several parameters of transversal reinforcement (stirrups) defined in the Reinforcement of beams dialog:
- Stirrup parameters
- Stirrup type
- Type, diameter, and material of bars
- Hooks
- Cover value c (defined for each stirrup type)
- Value of the parameter a (defined for third and fourth stirrup types):
, 
- Constructional bars of anti-shrinkage reinforcement
Stirrups and longitudinal bars (at the center of the cross-section height)
- Type, diameter, and material of horizontal bars
- Type, diameter, and material of stirrups (longitudinal bars in the middle of the section height)
- Hooks
- Cover value
Note: For anti-shrinkage reinforcement, you can define:
- the same distribution as for stirrups
- the distribution with a constant, user-defined spacing.
