Click the Properties tab in the Member Properties dialog to display the following dialog:
The Properties tab provides the following data (You cannot change these quantities):
- Member number
- Section name
- Section symbol drawing showing local axes
- Cross-section dimensions (HY, HZ) of a section in table format
- Sectional properties (area: AX and moments of inertia: IX, IY, IZ) in table format
In the case of tapered sections, the average text is displayed; the dimensions and sectional properties are displayed for the section at the midpoint of the member length
- Material properties: Young's modulus (E), shear modulus (G), Poisson's ratio (NI), thermal expansion coefficient (LX), unit weight, and resistance (Re).
