The option defines a load from a uniform moment distributed along the length of a bar. Open the Uniform Moment dialog by clicking 
in the Load Definition dialog.
This dialog lets you define loads from a uniform moment distributed along the length of a bar acting in the X, Y, or Z direction of the global or local coordinate system.
