Technical How-to Guide

  1. Q: Why isn't content showing up after I upload?
A: If you don't have edit rights to the collection you uploaded to, it must be approved by the collection admin before it shows in the collection. Check for its status on the "Uploads Requests" page (bullhorn icon on the left).

  2. Q: I'm not getting the results I am expecting. How do these results get ordered?
A: Search results use a score across multiple search fields to provide a search "score". You can add the column for "Score" from the Columns bar on the right of the search results. When you hover over the score for an item it will give you the matches it found for your search on the item.
