Why would there be a blank area between the plan and the extents of the viewport ? Yes, view was probably set to Crop . with the view set to Crop if the crop region is not adjusted, the view title will place wherever the bottom left of the crop region is. with the Crop Region Visible off, when you mouse over the view you would see the view port boundary. in the original image, it looked like the crop region was on (and likely being Cropped ).

Select the Crop boundary, and then use the Rotate tool to rotate the crop .

Hello, How can I control the distance from Viewport and it's Title? Both viewports were cropped and have selection box active (but the selection box is hidden from view).

Currently, Revit only allows rotating a section view by 90 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise using the Rotation on Sheet parameter of the Viewport . This method rotates the view on the sheet without affecting the crop region or the section line in the plan view.

How do I modify the shape of the Viewport ? - Select the view and check the box Crop Region visible. - If you can't select the view, then reveal Hidden element first then follow the steps above.

And how to set the size of the boxes of the viewports ( on sheets)? An update. THE VIEWPORT SIZES ITSELF TO ACCOMMODATE ALL THE DIMENSIONS.
