Apply Surface Material Types to Rooms

To change the surface material type of a single room

1. Click Quantities tab Roombook Extension panel Surface Materials drop-down (Apply Surface Materials to Rooms). The Apply Surface Material to Rooms dialog opens listing each room in your project.
2. In the Material Type column, select a material type for rooms from the drop down associated with the room. Select <By Element> to default to the material assigned to element by Revit.
3. Click OK.

To specify the same surface material type to multiple rooms

1. Click Quantities tab Roombook Extension panel Surface Materials drop-down (Apply Surface Materials to Rooms). The Apply Surface Material to Rooms dialog opens listing each room in your project.
2. Select multiple room rows by pressing Shift and Ctrl and clicking the rows.
3. Select the type from the Surface Material Type drop-down. Select <By Element> to default to the material assigned to element by Revit.
4. Click Apply and then click OK.
