This problem occurs when you render an image, but the entourage objects do not have render appearances assigned to them. - Shadows Are Not Rendered for RPC Content
In the rendered image, shadows do not display for RPC content, such as people and trees. - Glass Is Too Light or Too Dark
When you render an image, areas of glass or glazing appear darker or lighter than expected. - Rendered Image Is Poor Quality
