In a workshared file, when you try to reload latest or sync with central, the Add-On Data conflict message displays.
Issue
Schemas are data structures defined by an add-on for storing data in the model's extensible storage. These data schemas may be stored in the model, a family, or in a linked model. Schemas should have unique IDs. This issue generally occurs when a vendor creates a new schema without making a new unique ID.
You are prevented from performing a synchronization action with the central model because of a schema conflict.
Solution
Try the action again.
- Save the local file.
- Close Revit.
- Open the local file.
- Try the action a second time.
If the above steps fail again, take the following actions:
- Save the local file.
- Close Revit.
- Relaunch Revit and open the central model as detached.
- Open the local model.
- At the Add-On Data conflict dialog, Click "Continue loading the file".
- Close the detached central model.
- Try ro sync with central again.
