Cannot Enable Worksharing for Cloud Model (Cloud Models for Revit)

Warning: There was an issue with enabling worksharing.

Issue: There are several reasons why enabling worksharing failed, including:
  • The network is disconnected or the network connection is poor.
  • The cloud resource is temporarily unavailable.
  • You no longer have access to the cloud folder.
  • The cloud model has been restored. See View and Restore an Earlier Version of a Cloud Model.
  • The model has been moved or deleted on Autodesk Docs.
Solutions:
  • Ensure that your network is connected to the internet and in a good state, then try again.
  • Check the Revit Cloud Worksharing/Cloud Models Health Dashboard. Make sure the cloud resource is in a good state, then try again.
  • Ask your Autodesk Docs administrator to confirm your permissions.
  • Close the model and re-open it. The restored model will open for you. It is recommended that you use the Save As tool to preserve your changes before you close the model. You can copy your changes to the cloud version of the model.
  • Use the Save As command to save the current model locally. Open the local model, and save the model to the cloud again.
Note: Any previous link relationships will be lost after saving locally.
