Modifying Piping Systems

You can adjust the layout and justification of piping in a piping system.

When sections of piping are selected in a view, the following tools are activated:

On the Options Bar:

• Diameter: specifies the diameter of the pipe. If connections cannot be established, a warning message appears.
• Offset: specifies the vertical elevation of the duct relative to the current level. You can enter an offset value or select from a list of remembered offset values.

The following tools are available from the Multi-Select tab:

• Routing Solutions : activates tools that let you select a routing solution that can be used to modify the selected piping.
• Justify : activates tools that let you specify the alignment of the pipe segments in a section of piping.
  Note: You cannot justify vertical sections or a section containing a tee fitting.
• Slope: : activates tools that let you adjust the slope for piping.
