Change the Global Setting for Workset Visibility

For workshared projects, specify whether each workset displays in views of the model by default. If needed, you can override this setting for individual views.

1. Click Collaborate tabManage Collaboration panel (Worksets).
2. Under Visible in all views, select the check box to show a workset in project views, or clear the check box to hide it.
