Project-specific information is data that remains the same on all sheets of a project.
Examples of project-specific data include the project issue date and status, the client name, and the project’s address, name, and number.
To update the title block of a sheet with project-specific information, open the project, and use either of the following methods:
- Enter the information directly on a sheet. Open a sheet. Click on the placeholder text for project-specific information in the title block. Update the text as desired.

Change project information settings. Click Manage tab
Settings panel
(Project Information). Under Other, enter values for the project information parameters. Click OK.
Revit updates all sheets in the project with the new information.
