Known Issues:

  • Why are my issue pushpins not displayed in Revit?
    • The view has not been published to Docs or the file has not been uploaded to Docs through Desktop Connector. Views or files must be uploaded to Docs to display issues in Revit. Make sure that the file opened in Revit has been opened from Autodesk Docs or from a Desktop Connector file path.
    • The view is a 2D view or sheet published to BIM 360. Pushpin display is not supported for 2D views or sheets opened from BIM 360 projects.

Other 2D view and sheet types (column schedules, legends, reports, view plans, section views, drafting views and table views) are currently not supported.
    • The file or view does not belong to a Revit RVT file. Pushpins can only be displayed for Revit files (with the RVT extension). We currently cannot support pushpin display on other file types.
    • The issue was created on a copy of the view or file in Docs. Use the Associated Models window to load the issues from the copy of the file or view. See Working with Associated Models .
