Fancoil w/WC & GAS w/ DOAS + ERV

Variable Volume Fan Coils with Water-Cooled Chiller with Gas Boiler with DOAS and ERV - This system consists of a 4-pipe Variable Speed Fan Coil Unit serving each conditioned thermal zone. Chilled water is provided by a primary only variable flow chilled water loop. Hot water is provided by a primary only variable flow hot water loop served by a natural gas boiler. A Single DOAS/ERV system is modeled to precondition the outside air for each thermal zone using an ERV along with chilled and hot water coil. The default ASHRAE Standard used to set the efficiency of regulated equipment is ASHRAE 90.1-2016.
