PSZ-AC w/GAS

Packaged Single-Zone Air Conditioner with Gas - This system consists of a Packaged Single Zone (PSZ) unit serving each conditioned thermal zone. The PSZ provides heating to each zone using a hot water coil served by a primary only variable flow hot water loop utilizing a natural gas boiler. Cooling is provided by a unitary DX cooling coil. The default ASHRAE Standard used to set the efficiency of regulated equipment is ASHRAE 90.1-2016.
