GSHP w/DOAS + ERV
Ground Source Heat Pump Loop with DOAS with ERV - This system consists of a Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) serving each conditioned thermal zone. The GSHP provides heating and cooling using a water coil served by a ground heat exchanger loop. The ground heat exchanger loop is sized to provide sufficient heat transfer to serve the design heating and cooling loads of the building. A DOAS System incorporating an energy recovery wheel provides tempered (neutral) outside air to each Thermal Zone.
The default ASHRAE Standard used to set the efficiency of regulated equipment is ASHRAE 90.1-2016.
