PTAC w/Low Temp GAS

Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner with low temperature gas boiler - This system consists of a Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) serving each conditioned thermal zone. The PTAC provides heating using a hot water coil served by a primary only variable flow hot water loop utilizing a natural gas boiler. The Gas Boiler is controlled to supply 130°F Hot Water to the Hot Water Heating Coils The default ASHRAE Standard used to set the efficiency of regulated equipment is ASHRAE 90.1-2016.
