A new control has been added to increase navigation performance in views.
When multiple elements are selected, in canvas controls such as pins and temporary dimensions are no longer displayed by default. This prevents screen clutter and increases performance when navigating in views. The complete list of controls no longer displayed are as follows:
- Attached Detail Group
/
- Group and excluded group
- Pin control
/
- Sub component pin control
The Activate Controls toggle
has been added to allow you to set the display of these controls. The toggle is a model-wide setting. When you turn on the control in one view, it applies to all views until you turn it off.
To change the visibility of in canvas controls, click Collaborate tab
Manage Collaboration panel drop-down (Activate Controls) or select from the Quick Access toolbar.
