Enter revision information, mark changes with revision clouds, and specify the revisions to display on each sheet.
- Enter revision information.
Enter information about the revision in the Sheet Issues/Revisions dialog.
- Add revision clouds.
After you update the project to implement the change, draw revision clouds to indicate the areas that changed.
- Assign a revision to each cloud.
By default, the most recent revision is assigned to a new cloud. However, you can change the revision that applies to a cloud.
- Tag the revision clouds.
Tags identify the revisions assigned to clouds.
- Specify the revisions on a sheet.
Check the sheets to make sure the revision schedules show the desired information.
- Issue the revisions.
Issue a revision when it is ready to be shared with team members.
