Print Preview - Format Menu - Command Help
Title
This command shows the Titles form in which the page heading, applied to every page, can be defined.
Page Numbering
This command shows the Page Number Format Form.
Date and Time
This command shows the Date and Time Form.
Shrink to Page
This command toggles the display between:
- the entire content of the table or graphic is shrunk in scale to fit into one page width
- the content of the table or graphic is spread over as many (side-by-side) pages as necessary for them to fit at their normal scale.
Background
This command shows the color dialog which sets the background color of the preview (excepting the Page Footer).
