Fixed analysis of specific Australian curved pier section. The fix is in the calculated area for torsion and may now give a different value for non-box sections.

Fixed incorrect decompression height calculations and results formula for Eurocode Pre-Tensioned Beam analysis.
Applied EN 1992-1-1 3.1.7(3) Note regarding reduction factor: "If the width of the compression zone decreases in the direction of the extreme compression fibre, the value η fcd should be reduced by 10%."
Design Sections
Accepted change following the edit of section element coordinates without leaving the grid.
Resolved section library selector duplicate names.
