Tutorial: Manifold
In this tutorial, we simulate the air flow distribution through a manifold with three outlet ports.
The geometry consists of an inlet tube, three outlet tubes, and a distribution chamber:
Our goal is to understand the effects of removing one of the outlet ports. After running the initial scenario, we clone the design, remove the middle outlet tube from the CAD model, and compare the resultant flow distribution with the original design.
We use the Design Review Center to visualize the effects of removing the outlet.
