How to edit a user's email in Flow Production Tracking:

Editing a user's email without SSO enabled:

1. Access the user's Autodesk Profile.
2. On Security, edit the registered email.
3. An email will be sent to confirm the new address.
4. Sign out of Autodesk Identity for 15 minutes and sign back for changes to take effect.
5. Once the email update is saved in Autodesk Identity, the user’s email in Flow Production Tracking will be updated automatically, reflecting the source email address in their Autodesk Identity Account.

Editing a user's email with SSO enabled:

1. Update the email in the corporate environment. The exact details and procedures will vary from company to company.
