Error Reported (#1) in ShotGrid Pipeline Toolkit

Issue:

ShotGrid returns the following error when a user tries to access Toolkit.
Error Reported (#1)
The following was reported from the ShotGrid Pipeline Toolkit:
Error reported while loading Toolkit actions:
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '741')

Causes:

Some ShotGrid processes may be using port 9000, which Toolkit needs access to.

Solution:

How to solve Error Reported (#1) in ShotGrid Pipeline Toolkit:

Enable debug logging.
Check the logs for the following error:
- PortBusyError: Couldn't listen on any:9000: [Errno 10048] Only one usage of each socket.
Delete the cache.
Make sure that there are no other ShotGrid processes running.
- If so, terminate the process on Task Manager or log out the user to kill all processes.
Restart the ShotGrid Desktop.
If the issue continues, please contact Autodesk Support and add the logs to the request.
