Annotating a version in Creative Review

Important:

In a Live Review session, only the Presenter can use the Annotate menu.

Use annotations to draw and highlight directly on the displayed version.

To submit an annotation:

  1. Click Annotate to display the Annotation toolbar.

  2. Select the pen tool from the toolbar.

  3. Draw on the player

  4. In the Notes Stream tab, add a note and click Submit to save and submit your annotations.

Until you click Submit, the text, annotations, and attachments reside only in your local browser cache. By clicking Submit, you make your note part of the Notes stream, and permanently attach it to the version in Flow Production Tracking.

Tip:

You can use a pen tablet like the Wacom Intuos to draw annotations. If your tablet supports pressure sensitivity, you can control the thickness of the lines by varying the pressure you apply to the stylus.
