Site Preferences
Several Site Preferences need to be configured for the Resource Planning views to operate successfully.
Set the Site Preferences for Scheduling and Resource Planning
Set Site Preferences via the Admin Menu > Site Preferences page. Expand the Scheduling and Resource Planning section to see the description and configuration for all the preferences. The three preferences that impact the Resource Planning views are denoted with asterisks(*):
- Default unit for duration fields (default = days)
- Hours in a Workday (1-24) (default = 8) *
- Last Day of the work week (default = Saturday)
- Field recalculated when working days change (default = Due Date)
- Artist over capacity threshold (percent per day) (default = 20) *
- Artist under capacity threshold (percent per day) (default = 40) *
