Accessing your Flow Production Tracking site
Accessing your Flow Production Tracking site for the first time
If you are accessing your Flow Production Tracking site for the first time, you will need to sign in via the "Welcome to Flow Production Tracking" or Flow Production Tracking invitation emails.

Invitations are valid for 7 days (this cannot be configured). If an invitation has expired after 7 days, an Admin can send the a User a new invitation through the People Page Password field by selecting Reset Password.
Accessing from Flow Production Tracking Home
You can visit all Flow Production Tracking sites that you have access to from Flow Production Tracking Home at https://shotgrid.autodesk.com/.
Then, select your site to sign in.
You will only see sites where you are assigned a seat from a subscription. Learn more about subscriptions and seats here. If you have a trial or EDU site, you will need to access your site via your Flow Production Tracking URL (e.g. mysitename.shotgunstudio.com or mysitename.shotgrid.autodesk.com).
Accessing from your Flow Production Tracking Site URL
You can also access your site directly with your Flow Production Tracking site URL (e.g. mysitename.shotgunstudio.com or mysitename.shotgrid.autodesk.com).
Acessing from your Autodesk Account
Visit your Autodesk Account (https://manage.autodesk.com) and select Create or access hub under your Flow Production Tracking subscription.
You can also access via the All Products and Services page (https://manage.autodesk.com/products)by selecting Access under your Flow Production Tracking subscription.
Accessing your Autodesk Account
You can always access your account and purchase details at https://manage.autodesk.com, via your account dropdown at the top right of the page.
