My Reviews

As a reviewer, it's up to you to provide feedback and ensure the creative vision of the project. My Reviews lets you know when there's new work to review.

In Flow Production Tracking, a Reviewer is anyone that has been added to the Reviewer field on a Task. This can happen in two ways: a Reviewer can be added to a Task from within Flow Production Tracking Create when an Artist submits work or Reviewers can be added to the Task Reviewer field manually in Flow Production Tracking via a browser. While this is usually something your Flow Production Tracking Admin will handle, it's good to be aware that it's possible to make these changes. (Note: if you're seeing an empty screen in My Reviews, it's probably due to not being set as Reviewer in theReviewer Task field.)

My Reviews shows you Tasks you are a Reviewer on and splits them into tabs. Tasks in Pending Review have Versions on them and represent Artists that are blocked and needing your attention. Tasks in All have no more pending review Versions on them. Both tabs are sorted by the most recently updated version, so you can easily see what's new or track down something you recently said.

You can access My Reviews by clicking on My Tasks to reveal a drop-down menu. You can select a specific project or All Projects from the Project list.

My Reviews shows you all the Tasks where you've been assigned as a Reviewer.

Tasks appearing in in Pending Review need your attention. All shows you every Task where you're set as a Reviewer. You're up to date and your artists are unlocked when the Pending Review view reaches zero.

A blue dot on the top left of the thumbnail indicates that there is unread feedback on that task.

Click on the Task to view the work in the Task View. From here, you can add to the conversation and provide feedback.
