Introducing Review in Flow Production Tracking (What's New since June 2026)
Review in Flow Production Tracking is generally available as of June 2026. Thank you to everyone who participated in the Creative Review Beta! Please continue reaching out using the community forums.
In Flow Production Tracking, you can review in one connected environment that enables real-time collaboration and keeps creative decisions moving. It provides a seamless web-based solution for reviewing, collaborating, and leaving feedback on content. From Review, you can also start a Live Review session.
With Live Review, host synchronized review sessions with real-time playback, annotations, and feedback. Need to bring in more stakeholders? Invite anyone from your Flow Production Tracking site to a Live Review session, even from RV.
What you can do with Review
- Review media in your browser: Play back Versions and Playlists in a web-based player.
- Annotate and leave feedback: Draw annotations on frames and add notes that stay connected to your production data. Pen tablets and stylus pressure are supported.
- Compare Versions: View Versions side by side to spot changes.
- Collaborate together in Live Review: Invite others to a real-time session with synchronized playback, shared annotations, and notes.
- Choose how you run a session: Switch between Presentation Mode, where one person leads, and Collaboration Mode, where everyone can contribute.
- Connect with RV: RV 2025.1 users can join review sessions created in Review.
Open in Review
Before you can use Review, a site administrator must turn it on and grant access by role. For more information, see Review for site administrators.
Open Review from the contextual menu:
- Right-click a Version and select Play in Review.
- Right-click a Playlist and select Play in Review.
From the Media App, use the same Play in Review option on a Version or Playlist.
If your site admin set Review as the default player, click a playable thumbnail anywhere in Flow Production Tracking to launch Review.
