Troubleshooting Exporting Corrupted File

When trying to export a PDF file in Takeoff, you will be unable to export if the file is corrupted. You will receive an error message informing you that the corrupted file can’t be exported.

You’ll need to repair the corrupted file before retrying the export.

To repair the corrupted PDF and retry your export

1. Repair the corrupted PDF by using a using a third-party PDF repair tool such as Ghostscript.
2. Follow the instructions provided by the chosen tool to repair the file.
3. Upload the repaired PDF to Takeoff and then retry the export.
