Order confirmation and fulfillment emails
After we process your payment, we send order confirmation and fulfillment emails and deliver products and services to your Autodesk Account. Processing typically takes a few minutes but can take up to 24 hours.
The order confirmation email serves as your invoice and contains your order number. The fulfillment email includes: • Sign-in information for your Autodesk Account • Instructions on software download and cloud service access • Activation information such as serial numbers
For some products, the order confirmation and fulfillment emails are combined.
To access your software or services: Sign in to your Autodesk Account with the email address used to subscribe to the product.
