How do I renew a subscription I bought from an Autodesk sales representative?
If your Autodesk sales representative has enabled auto-renewal and you paid with a credit card, your subscription will automatically renew. You can view this setting in your Autodesk Account.
Prior to expiration, your Contract Manager will receive renewal reminder emails. If your subscription expires, you will need to start a new one.
At renewal time, talk to your sales representative about options to change seat count, align billing on multiple subscriptions, or upgrade your software. You can also upgrade to a Premium plan or an industry collection.
