The Assistant is ready to guide you through common issues such as sign-in difficulties, licensing questions, and product errors. Just ask your question, and you'll receive support tailored to your needs.

You can find the Assistant:

  • At the bottom-right corner of your Autodesk account.
  • At the bottom-right corner of all Autodesk main .com pages.
  • From within certain products, where it’s accessible from the product help menu.
