Workflows

Use this section to build workflows that govern the lifecycle of various objects in your tenant, including projects, investigation requests, and items. Each step in the workflow is called a primitive and performs specific functions, including changing the status of the object, performing checks on items, sending notifications, and creating tasks. Workflows ensure that the right work is sent to the right person at the right time, in the right sequence, and with the right information.
