Create a tenant and activate your subscription

Create a tenant to activate your Upchain subscription.

Before you start:

• You must have a valid Fusion Manage or Fusion Manage - Enterprise subscription assigned to your Autodesk Account. It cannot be Fusion Manage - Participant.
• You must be an Autodesk administrator for your team.

To create a tenant and activate your subscription:

1. Sign in to Autodesk Account.

2. In the left panel, select All Products and Services.

3. Locate Upchain Professional and click Access.

4. Select the Team. By default, you automatically have one team in your Autodesk Account under which all your users and Autodesk subscriptions fall.

5. Enter a tenant name. We suggest using your company name.

6. Under Advanced Options, select the base currency for your tenant. The default is USD.

7. Select Create.

Your subscription is activated and a production and sandbox tenant (for testing) will be automatically created. For Fusion Manage - Enterprise licenses, a sandbox tenant is free indefinitely. For Fusion Manage licenses, a sandbox tenant is free for the first 60 days.
