Create a tenant and activate your subscription
Create a tenant to activate your Upchain subscription.
Before you start:
- You must have a valid Fusion Manage or Fusion Manage - Enterprise subscription assigned to your Autodesk Account. It cannot be Fusion Manage - Participant.
- You must be an Autodesk administrator for your team.
Note: If you have already created a tenant for your team, you do not need to create another. The subscription will already be activated.
To create a tenant and activate your subscription:
Click Ask the Assistant to open the Autodesk Assistant.
In Autodesk Assistant, enter this prompt (or similar):
Please create a support ticket to activate my Upchain subscription.Click the option to Connect with an agent.
Provide the agent with this information:
- Tenant name
- Email address
- Contract number
- Default currency
Autodesk Support will create a production and sandbox tenant (for testing) and contact you at the email address provided.
Once the tenants are created, the subscription is activated. For Fusion Manage - Enterprise licenses, the sandbox tenant is free indefinitely. For Fusion Manage licenses, the sandbox tenant is free for the first 60 days.
