Supplier: Access the Supplier Portal
You may only access the Supplier Portal from an email sent to you from your customer through Upchain regarding an item and related business process. If you attempt to sign in to the Supplier Portal without any due assignments, you will see the Access Denied page. In other words, you may only access the Supplier Portal to view a specific item and complete any assignments sent to you from a customer.
Follow these steps to access the Supplier Portal:
Open your assignment notification email.
Note: RFQs sent with associated documents are attached with the email notification.Click Open or Open assignment to launch the portal's sign-in page.
Click Autodesk to sign in with your Autodesk credentials.
Note: If you have not yet created your Autodesk account, click CREATE ACCOUNT to create your free Autodesk account. You must use the same email address as the one that your customer has used to send you an assignment.Sign in with your Autodesk Email and Password.
The Supplier Portal opens and displays the relevant item in the 3D viewer.
About the email notification
You will know which business process details your assignment by the informaiton in your email notification:
