Supplier: Register with Upchain and Autodesk
As a supplier, you must register with Upchain and create a free Autodesk account in order to access the Supplier Portal.
Accept the invitation to join Upchain
When your customer has invited you to their Upchain tenant as a supplier with which they want to work, you will receive an email invitation to join Upchain. Follow these steps to accept the invitation:
Open the Upchain invitation email.
Click Join Upchain.
The Sign up page opens.
Enter your First name and Last name.
Create and confirm your unique password that you will use to log into the Supplier Portal.
Select the master subscription agreement checkbox.
Click Sign up.
After you complete registration, you'll be available in your customer's Upchain tenant to participate in RFQs, Requirements, or QA processes as required by your customer.
Create an Autodesk account
At this time, you may create your free Autodesk account. You must use the same email address as the one you used to registered with Upchain. If you don't do this now, you'll be required to do so when you receive an email from your customer regarding an item or business process. You should use the same password you used to register with Upchain to avoid any confusion.
