Supplier Portal: Get started
Upchain's Supplier Portal enables you as a supplier to participate in Requirements, Quality Assurance (QA) processes, and Request for Quotes (RFQs – a type of Investigation Request) related to a specific Upchain item, even though you are external to your customer's organization.
You are notified by email when you have an assigment related to an item. To complete the assignment, you may be required to attach a document, update the part's information such as the cost per unit, and so on. When the assignment is complete you can indicate that it is done, and any new or updated information is automatically transmitted back to Upchain.
You may be sent an assignment for an item from one of the following types of business processes:
- Requirements
- Quality Assurance (QA)
- Request for Quote (RFQ)
