Add an organization to a user's descriptor

  1. Open Administration > Users.
  2. Select a user from the table to open the user’s Job details user's job details icon pane.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. For Organization, enter the name of the user's establishment.
  5. Click Save.

After adding a user's organization, this information can be found in the following areas in Upchain:

  • Administration > Users information table.
  • Administration > Users > user details pane.
  • The downloaded spreadsheet detailing users' information: Users_TenantName_YYYYMMDD-HHMM.xlsx.
  • User’s My profile page.
  • Project Settings > Members tab. Organization, where applicable, is recorded for all team members on a project.
