Edit a manufacturer's information from the users' menu

Tenant Administrators may edit an existing manufacturer's details. This topic describes how to perform the following tasks from the Manufacturer's section of the Profile menu:

• Edit a manufacturer's details
• Edit a manufacturer's location
• Edit a manufacturer's contact

All other users may view manufacturer information in this area of Upchain web.

Edit a manufacturer's details

1. Click the chevron () next to your profile icon to access the user's menu and select Manufacturers.

2. On the Manufacturers page, select the manufacturer for which you want to edit its details.

3. Click Edit.

4. Make required changes and ensure none of the required fields are empty.

5. Click Save.

   Note: Click Cancel to undo any unsaved edits.

Edit a manufacturer's location

1. Click the chevron () next to your profile icon to access the user's menu and select Manufacturers.

2. On the Manufacturers page, select the manufacturer for which you want to edit its location.

3. Select the Locations () tab.

4. Select the location you want to edit.

5. In the side panel, click Edit.

6. Make required changes and click Save.

   Note: Click Cancel to undo any unsaved edits.

Edit a manufacturer's contact

1. Click the chevron () next to your profile icon to access the user's menu and select Manufacturers.

2. On the Manufacturers page, select the manufacturer for which you want to edit its contact details.

3. Select the Contacts () tab.

   The page lists all contacts for all locations. Primary points of contact for every location (if designated) are flagged with a checkmark.

   

4. Select the contact for which you want to make edits.

5. In the side panel, click Edit.

6. Make the required changes.

7. Click Save.

   Note: Click Cancel to undo any unsaved edits.
