History tab
The History 
tab shows the entire history of the selected item. Each entry contains the name and date for the action, a description of the action taken, and what attributes or other properties were changed. The history includes when the item was created; when it was last edited and how; and when an item lock was removed from it by a Tenant Administrator.
Click Expand 
to open the history details in a new window. When expanded, the history includes the history from any previous item versions that have the same item number, including Promoted item versions.
This window shows a maximum of 200 entries. Click Export to export the full history of the item to a CSV file.
Clear lock notifications and tracking in an item's history
When a Tenant Administrator clears a lock from an item, the lock’s creator receives an email notification indicating the lock has been removed.
A record of the lock removal is recorded in the item details pane > History 
tab.
