Assign a QA process to a supplier

You may assign a quality assurance (QA) process to a supplier if you associate an item with the QA process and that item is associated with the supplier.

1. Associate the desired supplier with the item.

2. Create a new QA process.

   Note: If you chose a workflow, do not start the workflow yet. The QA process must stay in a Draft state until the correct assignee is assigned.

3. Associate the item with the QA process.

4. Edit the QA process.

5. From the Assignee drop-down list, choose the supplier associated with the item assigned to the QA process.
