Generate a Change Notice Details report

The default CN Details report includes the following information:

Item number
ERP number - Item's number as stored in the ERP system
Item name
Description
Cost
H (historical) quantity - Quantity recorded in previous CN request
R (requisition) quantity - The new, modified quantity recorded in the CN request
Revision note

Follow these steps to generate the Change Notification (CN) Details report.

Locate the CN for which you want to generate a details report.
Double-click the CN to open the CN for which you want to generate a report.
Click the more actions icon and select Reports > CN Details. If your organization has any custom CN reports, these will be listed here as well.

Upchain notifies you that the report creation is in progress.

You will receive an email when the <Project#-CN_Details-YYYYMMDD-HHMM>.xlsx report is ready.
In the email, click Download to save the report to your computer and view the report.
