Attach a document to a change request

You may attach a document to a change request (CR) in a Draft or In Progress state. This enables you to provide additional information regarding the items being released.

To attach a Document to a CR:

  1. Locate and open the CR.

  2. Open the Documents tab of the CR.

  3. Click the action icon (menu.png) beside the Document Category to which you want to upload a document.

  4. Select Add document.

    The Add documents window opens.

  5. In the Add Documents window, click + Add Documents to upload documents from your local or shared location.

  6. Once the selected documents are uploaded, click OK to finish attaching the document.

Once the document is uploaded to the CR, select it to view its details on the right side. You may manage the document in the same way as you would from the Documents section of a project.
